Sound and Lighting Technology

Both seminar rooms are equipped with high-quality and state-of-the-art technology. The Bose Surround Multimedia Lifestyle System, combined with a sound-absorbing carpet and sound-dampening acoustic panels on the side walls, ensures perfect room acoustics with a concert-like atmosphere. Sennheiser wireless microphones are available for voice amplification or for recordings with the highest sound quality. Various lighting options can be used in the rooms. For example, fatigue-free daylight with special lamps, image lighting oriented towards your CD, or emotional lighting in a wide color palette are possible.

Work Space and Presentation Technology

In both rooms, there is the possibility to connect several laptops to the work stations, each equipped with power and network connections as well as internet access. For a presentation, you can use your own laptop or one provided by SPM 2000 and easily connect it to the available projector, sound system, and network. The large screen and the tele prompter, which allows you to read your presentation without turning around, enhance the presentation setup. For conference calls, you can use the portable conference phone with hands-free capability, video calling options, and a flat rate to German landlines. The IT team on-site is happy to assist you with your preparations and ensure a smooth process.

Seminar Documentation and Webinar

As a special and 'out of the ordinary' feature, the SPM 2000 seminar centre offers to record your event from 7 different camera angles in both seminar rooms. The potential uses for this are varied. For instance, you can use the recordings to best observe your own impact or the reaction of the audience. You can monitor these movements live via a screen. Upon request, you will receive a DVD or Blue Ray recording with a custom-designed label within 24 hours after the end of the event. Additionally, a webinar is available to you. This option allows for virtual live participation in your conferences, meetings, and events over the internet.
