As a managing director and organisational psychologist with a phd, expertise in business administration, leadership and sales are an essential know-how. Systematic thinking defines my strategic direction in organisational development. From competitive sports, I have gained an unconditional passion for identifying with and achieving goals.

As a sales expert, I empower leaders to analyse and consolidate their resources. I work pragmatically at every reporting level to help people achieve their goals by thinking differently. To this end, I communicate honestly and directly, yet always warmly and on an equal footing with my counterpart.
Coaching people means understanding people. And for that, it requires openness, empathy, and a fine sense for individuals. Always optimistic, appreciative, and supportive, I help them recognise their strengths and guide the way to self-awareness. Whether in leadership, sales, or service – when it comes to people and imparting knowledge, emotional intelligence counts – and that is exactly where my superpower lies.
A tangible problem is already a good start… Creative, pragmatic, and sometimes unconventional, I look ahead and think outside the box. I have gathered my experiences in sales and leadership all around the globe. Inspiring people with 'aha' moments and bringing a sparkle to their eyes – that is what I stand for!
As a Dutch person in Germany, I always discover new things and seek the intercultural challenge. With my curiosity, openness, and flexibility, I connect with people in their world and motivate them towards a common goal. And because we stay engaged together, we also achieve concrete results.
I enjoy being a coach because it allows me to positively change people and their abilities. With my hands-on mentality, I tackle challenges, work with and on people, and head straight for the goal. This genuine enthusiasm inspires others and opens up new perspectives for them.
